With help of our experience in customs clearance system construction, we have developed innovative modes for port customs clearance modes and found new ways of information exchange, mutual supervision recognition, and mutual enforcement assistance for port authorities and as instructed in the Implementing the Great Customs Clearance Construction Reform Plan through ¡°Three-mutual¡± printed and issued by the State Council, realizing customs clearance system solutions including basically self-service customs clearance by inbound and outbound passengers, ¡°both entry and exit inspection and quarantine inspection at one port¡± mode for some ports, and one-stop customs clearance for inbound and outbound vehicles, and ¡°One-time declaration, one-time inspection and one-time release¡± for imported and exported goods.

Let¡¯s take the one-stop electronic inspection system for vehicles as an example. It shares front-end inspection equipment, and customs clearance data and implements independent inspections while not changing the inspection flows of the frontier inspection authorities and the customs inspection authorities.

Through its one-stop inspection mode, it simplifies the inspection formalities for both vehicles and drivers, improves both the customs clearance efficiency of vehicles and the port environments, ensures quicker modern infrastructure construction and soft scientific management of ports and creates a better image for ports.

It avoids system equipment¡¯s repeated investments by sharing it.

In this way, it presents as a good demonstration project in the great customs clearance reform proposed by the State Council.
