On?November 19, 2020, Enshi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture organized experts and management to form a project acceptance group to accept the Intelligent Transportation and Integrated Traffic Commanding Platform of Enshi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture (“Project” for short) undertaken by our company. Chen Xianyan, political commissar of traffic police division of the public security bureau of the prefecture, other?leaders from authorities such as informatization office, traffic police division and supervision and inspection division of the public security bureau of the prefecture, finance bureau, big data administration and big data center of the prefecture, experts in the field such as professor Li Qun attended the meeting presided over by Xiao Qiang, chief of the traffic police division of the public security bureau of the prefecture.

Construction of Phase I of the Project commenced in December 2019. We completed the construction on time with our years of experience and mature technologies in intelligent transportation construction. The construction was accepted by a review expert team every two hours according to the existing applicable technical standards and acceptance regulations of the country. The acceptance result suggested that the construction was recognized by the prefecture and that our company had contributed to intelligent transportation construction.

Construction of Phase I of the Project was significant for traffic data fusion of the prefecture. Based on integration of information of the intelligent transportation system, the integrated traffic commanding platform can execute in-depth data mining through big data and cloud computing, realize data statistics and analysis from the spatial dimension and the time dimension, arrange resources reasonably, guarantee traffic safety in major events, share data among the traffic police departments in the prefecture and properly respond to traffic emergencies.

Acceptance on the site of expert review


Our company’s intelligent transportation expert team have developed an integrated traffic commanding platform of private network version suitable for the local business need of the prefecture, establishing a double-network double-platform application based on core software. Integrating digital intelligent management centers?and systems such as hardware and software system, traffic control center, vehicle and driver inspection and monitoring center, intelligent computer room and boundary access platform, the integrated traffic commanding platform supports traffic management data fusion, provides basic data for government departments and integrates all information acquisition devices of the traffic police system of the prefecture. It can integrate data of the public security bureau intranet, the video private network and the Internet?by means of system construction and provide a scientific decision-making basis for traffic management by means of multi-dimension data collision analysis.

The Project can realize three-level (province, prefecture and county) flattened traffic commanding and dispatching; in traffic management inspection and surveillance, it can realize better accurate vehicle control by integrating the video data of the eight cities and counties accessed to it; it supports analysis and judgment for traffic accident prevention and key illegal behaviors and establishes a road traffic management judgment platform for Enshi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture with help of the data in the synchronous database on the Traffic Safety Integrated Service Management Platform of The Ministry of Public Security of the People's Republic of China (https://gab.122.gov.cn/m/index/?s=1) so that the law of fatal accidents of the prefecture can be analyzed from aspects such as drivers, vehicles, road sections, accident types, areas and illegal acts and relevant data can be provided for relevant government departments in time to avoid similar accidents in future. Based on visualized commanding for the whole prefecture, the Project can provide a data support for the prefecture’s traffic management and?realize real-time monitoring for all road intersections of the prefecture, solving the big data control problem about traffic in the prefecture.


Finally, the Project was accepted. Through the Project, we cooperated with the police traffic division of the prefecture and relevant universities and colleges in establishing the “Enshi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture Intelligent Transportation Joint R&D Base” that will boost the close cooperation among enterprises, universities and colleges and government departments in the innovation R&D of intelligent transportation. In future, we will give play to our advantage in the intelligent transportation field and provide customers and the society with more high-quality intelligent transportation products and ideas to help with the informatization construction of Enshi Tujia & Miao Autonomous Prefecture and the intelligent transportation in China.
