Since the relevant national authorities reported the outbreak of COVID19 in Wuhan on January 20, 2020, Maxvision Technology has paid close attention to the situation of the epidemic. Leaders at all levels of the company have attached great importance to it. The company has continuously pushed relevant notifications to remind employees of personal protection, for instance, during the Spring Festival, to cease all collective activities as much as possible, to refrain from meeting, gathering, visiting, to wash hands regularly, ventilate frequently, wear masks, and respond to the national call of “sending blessing by cloud equipment, and paying New Year greetings electronically”, etc., and in addition, Maxvision has timely popularized relevant epidemic knowledge (including transmission channels, infection symptoms etc.). After the outbreak of the epidemic, the Wuhan R&D Center began to operate at home, and did a good job in epidemic defense. At present, there are no cases of “COVID19” in the entire company.

As of 22:30 on January 25, 2020, a total of 1,399 new COVID19 cases have been confirmed nationwide, and 41 died. Whether the epidemic will spread and continue to increase on a large scale have become the most concerned issues of the public.

At this critical moment, Maxvision staff across the country stick to their posts and maintain ports dutifully, especially the Health and Quarantine system at customs, ensure the stable operation of equipment and systems, and “do not retreat” at critical moments to prevent the coronavirus from entering, exporting and spreading.?

防控疫情,盛视正在行动;遏制传播,盛视这样建议

COVID19 has been the concern of hundreds of millions of people across the country during the Spring Festival. We cheer for Wuhan and China, hoping that “everything will go well and flowers bloom in the warm spring”; after the festival, major airports and ports are expected to usher in the travel peak and the dense crowds will increase the possibility of viral transmission and spread.

As a provider of health and quarantine prevention and control products at the national ports, Maxvision has repeatedly contributed to guarding national health and safety. Our products had effectively intercepted patients with Ebola virus. In response to this new type of pneumonia in Wuhan, the Center for Disease Control and Prevention, airports and stations have also got in touch with our company to discuss solutions. In order to effectively contain and curb the spread of the epidemic, Maxvision Technology hereby puts forward the following suggestions to the relevant departments:

1. Enable a dedicated WeChat channel, and fill in the health declaration in advance;

2. Set up a temporary epidemic inspection team in the departure and arrival halls and fill in health declarations for arriving and departing passengers;

3. Set up posts in the departure and arrival areas in charge of temperature measurement by conducting one-to-one inspection and inquiries to passengers with handheld infrared temperature sensor, and conduct inspections by checking their opinions and health declaration forms;

4. Print and publicize materials about the new coronavirus to each person, ensure that the principles of publicity are in place. China Mobile, China Unicom, telecommunications, radios and televisions send publicity information in time every hour, and implement in place the publicity of declaration before travel by railway;

5. Where conditions permit, users can refer to the port management model and use Maxvision's intelligent sanitary quarantine channel to reduce the intensity of staff and reduce the risk of infection.

Despite of the special Spring Festival, the warmth of care will not dissipate, and our protection will not fade. All of us will be united to protect the motherland to achieve success in the battle against epidemic. Let’s pay a tribute to the angels in white who put on protective suits “against epidemic”! Come on Wuhan, come on China!
