At the beginning of 2021, we will start our new journey. On January 16, 2021, our 24th?anniversary of founding and online commendation and awarding ceremony was held in Shenzhen in the form of live video streaming because of the COVID-19.

Jiang Bing, our company’s director and president delivered a speech. He said: in 2020, our company had made great achievements, including successful listing in May 2020; he was a senior employee serving our company for 20 years and witnessing realization of our company’s?development goals;?he was fortunate and proud of serving such a company with warmness and a bright future; he was looking forward to continued efforts of the staff after the successful listing. He then encouraged the staff to face challenges bravely and make new achievements in the year of 2021. Finally, he thanked our company’s customers?and staff and their families sincerely and gave his new year blessings.?

Qu Lei, our company’s founder and?board chairman gave a speech too. In his speech, he expressed his gratitude for our company’s customers and staff and their families. He said: we should believe in that hard work fruits in happiness and that an enterprising spirit fruits in great undertakings, remain true to our original aspiration and keep our company’s mission and responsibilities firmly in mind; our company had been highly responsible for our country and nation, giving top priority to social benefits, assuming?our mission and responsibilities conscientiously, giving back to the society sincerely and performing our social responsibilities seriously; in 2021, we?would pursue a goal of excellence, reform and improve our management system and operation mechanism continually, adjust and optimize our existing organization structure and job configuration reasonably, strengthen our internal management and implement the system?of survival of the fittest, making the employees really contributing to our company gain returns they deserve. He stressed that we should adhere to the principle of value orientation, assigning employees with the same values as our company as management and allocating more responsibilities to them,?and that we should regard stock ownership incentive as a long-time plan, sharing dividends of the capital market with more employees willing to contribute to our company and having correct values.?
In?spite of the COVID-19 epidemic, we had still made great achievements in 2020 because of the trust and support of our customers and the hard work of our staff. On the commendation and awarding ceremony, more than 20 awards such as Ten-year Employee Contribution Award, Twenty-year Employee Contribution Award, Touching Employees of Maxvision Technology in 2020, New Product Development Advanced Team Award, Maxvision Technology Technical Progress Award, Excellent R&D Team Award, and?Board Chairman Special Award; outstanding teams and individuals were commended; developers and teams making great contribution to our company were rewarded. In 2020, there were 17 employees who have served our company for ten years and 6 ones who have served our company for twenty years. The employees of these two kinds were granted Ten-year Employee Contribution Award and Twenty-year Employee Contribution Award, respectively, to commend their growth with our company. Our company’s massive achievements were based on their long-time service.?
On the commendation and awarding ceremony, employees gave wonderful performance; the lucky draw was the most exciting part; the interaction in the live video streaming room was lively: the online audience gave their thumbs up for sketches, crosstalks, three-sentence-and-a-half Chinese folk game, dances, songs and poetry recitation; the canvassing game was full of tricks.

On the 40th?anniversary of founding of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, Secretary General Xi Jinping said that at the new starting point, all people of Shenzhen Special Economic Zone should implement decisions of the Central Committee of CPC seriously and continue with the “Story of Spring” with its pioneering spirit to create more and larger miracles surprising the world.
We should remain true to our original aspiration and work hard to make our dreams come true in 2020; tell our Story of Spring continually. Secretary General Xi Jinping has pointed out directions of advance for Shenzhen and our company. At the new starting point, our company should optimize out industrial layout, consolidate our leader status in the field and make efforts for new breakthroughs.?
